The cost of this year's Midwest Distance Summit is $100. That includes the day of speakers, a continental breakfast in the morning and a lunch with the speakers at the noon hour. Clinic notes are also included, as well as giveaways from the sponsors. When registering, please call the number above for over-the-phone assistance at North Central College.
